  • Form 180- Request Pertaining to Military Records

The National Cemetery Search link is a great tool to commence a records search for your relative. This may also be utilized to verify the death of a veteran if you do not have the death certificate or military discharge. Follow the instructions for the Form 180, especially the correct address in St. Louis where your inquiry should be sent depending on time of serrvice and branch.
